Suction Bands

MSB Beltings’ Suction Bands are precision-engineered endless belts designed for high-speed cigarette manufacturing and other suction-based conveying applications, offering exceptional airflow control, dimensional stability, and abrasion resistance. Crafted using premium materials and advanced weaving techniques, these bands ensure consistent suction performance, low stretch, and high grip—critical for maintaining rod integrity and production efficiency.

HS Polyamide monofilament is the major raw material used for manufacturing the suction bands. Based on the different types of tobacco and to suit various speeds of the maker, we have designed the Suction Bands with three types of surface structures:
